Homeowner services are cluttered across platform, too little guidance and recommandations to help the user tackle their tasks as homeowner.

Within a 3 month long discovery we identified how the majority of homeowners see their Jobs-to-be-Done around managing, renting-out or selling their properties.
I supported creating a holisitic homeowner navigation, participated in several iterations of user-interviews where we used card sorting and tree testing to determine the right services, informations and tools at the most needed time within their ownership experience.
From there we created our first wireframe concept which was tested again and with the feedback from our users, we iterated until we had a high fidelity prototype that later was the base and vision for the new homeowner world.
