Pneuma

Pneuma is a tool I built for my own workflow at Viessmann: grab a Jira ticket, bootstrap a work-in-progress Figma file, produce light and dark variants across breakpoints, push the frames to Zeplin with the right tags, then paste the links back into the ticket and close it. One tool, one loop, from ticket to handoff.

Ticket tracking

Every ticket gets its own panel in Figma: current step, story points, and a time field pre-filled from what Pneuma tracked while you worked. Type what you actually spent and it rejects anything far outside the ticket's story points. Below that sits the export checklist, every screen size and mode pushed to Zeplin, checked off and linked, ready to import, complete, or release.

Exporting to Zeplin

Pneuma generates every breakpoint and color mode Figma needs from one source frame: XS, S, and M, light and dark, tagged and laid out automatically. The same sidebar reopens Simpleflow, jumps to Zeplin, or re-exports everything if the ticket changes.

It runs on one machine and patches the local Figma Desktop install directly to keep a debugging port open. Not signed, not distributed, not a product. Just the tool that got tickets closed faster.
